Community MCH Champions
Identify families, provide education, support referrals, conduct follow-up, mobilize communities and document barriers. They should not diagnose, prescribe or replace professional health workers.
Community MCH Officers
Supervise Champions, coordinate activities, support data collection and liaise with facilities and district teams.
Program Coordinator
Provides overall program and technical coordination. The precise staffing structure can be refined as geography and budget become clearer.
